The standing format, in season: the oyster bank open throughout, glasses from the coast, the terrace until sundown.

The day
The room is ready, the table carries your name. The rest is ours.
The attentions
- The bank stays open throughout: oysters are shucked only to order, even for sixty.
- Allergens under control: the register is kept, crustaceans and molluscs included, and the menu adapts.
- An alcohol-free cuvée and the house kéfir, so that everyone raises a glass.
- The terrace can be reserved in season; the quay decides the day before.
