These terms govern use of labalise.example, the presentation — and demonstration — site of the fictional house La Balise.
Access
The site is freely accessible. Connection costs remain the user’s. The house aims for continuous availability without being able to guarantee it.
Accuracy
The menu and prices shown here are fictional and serve the demonstration. On a real site they would be published with care and updated regularly, without the online menu ever taking precedence over the one presented in the dining room; hours would be given as an indication.
External links
The site points at demonstration addresses (example.com) in place of the third-party services — booking and social networks — that a real site would use. The house exercises no control over the content of third-party services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls to the courts with jurisdiction over the registered office.
