The principle
This is a brochure site, and moreover a demonstration: there is no customer account, no basket and no data-collection form. We neither sell nor share any personal data.
Cookies
No advertising cookies and no third-party trackers are set. Your theme choice — Foam, Marine or Granite — is kept in your browser’s local storage; it never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time.
Hosting logs
Our host, Netlify, keeps technical logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) for security and aggregate audience measurement. We attach no identity to them.
Booking
The “Book online” button leads to a demonstration link; no data is sent to any provider. On a real site the booking module would be supplied by a third party, which would then process your data under its own policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase data concerning you. Write to bonjour@labalise.example.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority, at cnil.fr.
